What does OpusClip cost for your volume?

OpusClip charges in credits: 1 credit is 1 minute of video processed. Enter how many hours of long-form video you clip each month and see which plan covers it and what it costs, next to Clipper's planned flat $9.

Clipper is pre-launch. It's in development and not available yet. The $9/month price is our planned founding price; join the waitlist to get it at launch.

How the numbers are calculated

  • Minutes needed = hours × 60, rounded up. One credit covers one minute of processing.
  • Free: 60 credits/month for $0. The pricing page lists a watermark on Free.
  • Starter: $15/month for 150 credits (monthly billing only).
  • Pro: sold in packs of 300 credits. $29 per pack per month on monthly billing (up to 5 packs), or $174 per pack per year ($14.50/month) on yearly billing (up to 15 packs). Packs needed = minutes ÷ 300, rounded up.
  • Business: custom pricing, so it isn't calculated here.
  • We ignore credit rollover and any promotions or regional pricing. If your volume varies month to month, rollover can lower your real cost.
  • Clipper: planned flat $9/month for up to 10 hours of source video. We haven't priced volumes above that yet, so the calculator won't show a Clipper price over 10 hours.

When OpusClip is the better choice

  • You need it today. Clipper isn't available yet.
  • You clip more than 10 hours a month, or need team seats, brand templates or the other features OpusClip lists on its plans.
  • You only clip about an hour a month and don't mind a watermark: OpusClip Free costs nothing.
